The cooperative

The cooperative "BioSapori Soc. A.r.l." born after a long training sponsored by the Molise Region (Department of Vocational Training) in partnership with Molise Confcooperative and the Trentina, called PACT Cooperativo (Project Action Territory Growth Target Cooperativo).
The purpose of the project was to develop a business through a comprehensive business counseling, classroom training, internships (stay of about two months to cooperatives of the Autonomous Province of Trento) and assistance to the stage of start-up .
The intention is to become a reference center for the promotion and dissemination of the culture of well-being linked to food and thus the consumption of quality products. In summary, the initiative aims, through numerous and complex activities, to conduct the following activities:

processing and marketing of food products of vegetable compartment;

assistance to members and to agricultural producers on the policies of quality, promotion and marketing;

research of typical local food;

organization of events related to food culture.
To achieve these objectives has been set up a workshop is intended primarily for processing of vegetables and fruits to obtain the typical specialty food and organic farming.
In addition, activities were launched to promote and develop crops with specific terms and the use of substances that meet our ecosystem and the health of consumers, mainly through conversion to organic farming.
To this end, the Cooperative BioSapori also offers a third, a wide range of complementary services that, starting from consultancy to production of quality, followed by the raw materials to the packaging, including the graphic design of labels.
This would provide the opportunity to enhance their products
also to those who wish to sell the product with its
brand through its channels (eg farm,
rural tourism, agricultural cooperatives).
