Who guarantees the biological products:
The European Union from 1991, through relative Regulations 2092 to the “method of biological production of agricultural products and indication on the alimentary commodities”, defines norms for the production, the valid transformation and commercialization for all the Countries of the EEC.
The agricultural companies and of transformation, for being able to sell the own products like “biological”, must adopt the technical norms and sottoporsi to the control of an authorized Agency. Every passage must be documented on affixed registries to you predisposed from the Ministry of the Agricultural Political.
The Italian State recognizes eight organisms of control currently people in charge to watch and to certify the companies.

The biological products of the BioSapori are guaranteed from the Association Ground and Health.
If a product comes sold like biological, on the confection these obligatory diciture and information must appear:

from biological agriculture - Regimen of control the EEC;

name of the control organism and ends of the ministerial authorization;

acronym of the control organism and code of the producer.
